GAJANAND is a company based in Ahmedabad, India, and has been in operation since 1993. We have been committed to providing farmers with the finest level of service and workmanship in the business since the beginning.
GAJANAND has all of the necessary technological appliances and tools, such as manufacturing machines and quality testing equipment. Our ability to comprehend client needs, combined with a dedicated research and development staff, ensures that goods are delivered on time to suit the industry’s evolving needs. Our clientele comes from both the domestic and International markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Kenya, Mali, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and USA.
As a result, GAJANAND has become the preferred OEM supplier for more than 50 reputed brands. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has granted us three licenses for our various products. This is visible evidence of GAJANAND’s commitment to excellence. Gujarat Green Revolution Corporation approved us as an OEM Supplier because of this.

Gajanand’s production facility has acquired a wide area of 60,000 square feet. This manufacturing facility is outfitted with completely automated high–tech machinery. Cutting–edge technology is employed to create high–quality agricultural valves and irrigation systems. With a highly-skilled workforce of 150 individuals, we strive to provide high-quality items. In addition, we are primarily concerned with the quality assurance procedure for every product we serve.
Our Inspiration
We are native farmers’ sons and our childhood was spent working on farms and participating in agricultural activities. While engaging in agricultural activity, we discovered various issues in terms of technical irrigation facilities and the scarcity of irrigation system materials. We were inspired by the challenge and decided to manufacture our own valves and irrigation system items to support and give futuristic solutions to these challenges. That is how ‘GAJANAND’ has stepped foot in the market as an industry.

Foundation Year
In the year 1993, GAJANAND was founded with a humble beginning and a strong entrepreneurial vision. The company started its operations by undertaking job-work using a single hand-pressed vertical hydraulic machine in a modest 450-square-foot workspace. Despite limited resources, the focus on precision, dedication, and consistent quality laid a solid foundation for future growth. This early phase reflected GAJANAND’s commitment to hard work and innovation, setting the stage for its transformation into a trusted and expanding industrial enterprise.
Skilled manpower
We have successfully established our own strong market presence, supported by a manufacturing facility spread across approximately 6,000 square feet. Operating at full capacity, the factory is equipped to produce products that meet high industry standards with consistent quality and efficiency. Through streamlined processes, skilled manpower, and strict quality control measures, we ensure reliable production output. This expansion reflects our steady growth, operational strength, and commitment to delivering standardized, dependable products while meeting increasing market demand.
Early Product Development Phase
Between 1995 and 1998, we expanded our product portfolio by developing new valve solutions, including ball valves, gate valves, and check valves. This period marked a significant phase of innovation and capacity building for the company. To support the growing demand and advanced manufacturing requirements, our production facility was expanded by an additional 8,550 square feet. This strategic growth strengthened our manufacturing capabilities, improved operational efficiency, and enabled us to consistently deliver high-quality valve products to a wider market.
Operational Growth & Process Strengthening
By the year 2002, we had evolved significantly by adopting fully automated hydraulic injection moulding machines in our manufacturing process. This technological advancement enabled us to produce valves with superior precision, consistency, and durability. Automation enhanced production efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards across every product. The transition marked an important milestone in our journey toward modernization, allowing us to meet growing market demands with reliable, high-performance valve solutions. This step reinforced our commitment to innovation, quality manufacturing, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Major Infrastructure Expansio
From 2003 to 2005, we undertook a major expansion to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities by increasing our facility capacity by approximately 44,000 square feet. This significant development supported rising production demands and enabled the installation of advanced machinery and streamlined processes. The expansion improved operational efficiency, enhanced quality control, and provided greater flexibility in manufacturing. It marked a key phase in our growth journey, reinforcing our ability to scale operations while consistently delivering high-quality, reliable products to an expanding customer base.
GAJANAND entered the Drip Irrigation sector in 2013, bringing with them a wealth of industry knowledge and a diverse range of services. With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, the company focused on delivering efficient, sustainable, and farmer-friendly irrigation solutions. Global Reach & Export Growth
we achieved an important quality milestone by registering our initial 40 products—including foot valves, filters, hydrocyclones, and venturi systems—under the ISI standard. This certification reflected our commitment to quality, safety, and industry compliance. As demand for our certified products grew, we expanded our manufacturing infrastructure significantly. Over time, our factory space increased to approximately 60,000 square feet, enabling higher production capacity, improved processes, and the ability to deliver consistently reliable products to a broader market.
