About GAJANAND Group

GAJANAND is a company based in Ahmedabad, India, and has been in operation since 1993. We have been committed to providing farmers with the finest level of service and workmanship in the business since the beginning.

GAJANAND has all of the necessary technological appliances and tools, such as manufacturing machines and quality testing equipment. Our ability to comprehend client needs, combined with a dedicated research and development staff, ensures that goods are delivered on time to suit the industry’s evolving needs. Our clientele comes from both the domestic and International markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Kenya, Mali, Zimbabwe, Nigeria and USA.

As a result, GAJANAND has become the preferred OEM supplier for more than 50 reputed brands. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has granted us three licenses for our various products. This is visible evidence of GAJANAND’s commitment to excellence. Gujarat Green Revolution Corporation approved us as an OEM Supplier because of this.

Our Inspiration

We are native farmers’ sons and our childhood was spent working on farms and participating in agricultural activities. While engaging in agricultural activity, we discovered various issues in terms of technical irrigation facilities and scarcity of irrigation system materials. We were inspired by the challenge and decided to manufacture our own valves and irrigation system items, to support and give futuristic solutions to these challenges. That is how ‘GAJANAND’ has stepped foot in the market as an industry.

Infrastructure Capacity

Gajanand’s production facility has acquired a wide area of 60,000 square feet. This manufacturing facility is outfitted with completely automated high–tech machinery. Cutting–edge technology is employed to create high–quality agriculture valves and irrigation systems. With a highly-skilled workforce of 150 individuals, we strive to provide high-quality items. In addition, we are primarily concerned with the quality assurance procedure for every product we serve.

In Year 1993

In the year 1993, GAJANAND was formed. We began job-work with only one hand-pressed vertical hydraulic machine on a 450-square-foot area.

In Year 1995

We have established our own market with a factory capacity of roughly 6000 sq. ft. and is operating at full capacity, producing up to standard products.

In Year 1998

We developed new valve products, such as the ball valve Gate valves and Check valves between 1995 and 1998. During that time, our manufacturing facility has also been expanded by 8550 square feet.

In Year 2002

By the year 2002, We had evolved into working with a fully automated hydraulic injection moulding machine to manufacture best quality and durable valves.

In Year 2003-2005

From 2003 to 2005, we increased the capacity of our manufacturing facilities by about 44,000 square feet.

In Year 2013

GAJANAND entered the Drip Irrigation sector in 2013, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and a wide range of services.

In Year 2014

Gajanand started exporting for the first time in 2014, and has since continued to trade with countries in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Central America.

In Year 2015

In the year 2015, we launched a new plumbing solution product line with higher quality options compared to the market.

In Year 2021

We originally registered our 40 products ( i.e Footvalve, Filter, Hydrocyclone, Venturi ) with the ISI standard in 1995, and we later expanded our factory to more around 60,000 square feet.

In the year 2015, we launched a new plumbing solution product line with higher quality options compared to the market.

Gajanand exported for the first time in 2014, and has since continued to trade with countries in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Central America.

Gajanand entered the Drip Irrigation sector in 2013, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge and a wide range of services.

We developed new valve products, such as the Mold valve, Gate valves and Check valves between 1995 and 1998. During that time, our manufacturing facility has also been expanded by 8550 square feet.
