Hydrocyclone Filters

GAJANAND HYDROCYCLONE is a mechanical device designed to reduce, or increase the concentration of a dispersed phase, liquid by classifying, separating or sorting sand particles from a liquid suspension based on the ratio of their centripetal force to fluid resistance.
APPLICATION :

Used for water filtration of drip irrigation systems for farms, gardens, landscapes, etc.

Features

The Conical design of the Hydrocyclone filter accelerates velocity, boosting centripetal force, and maximizing separation.
GAJANAND HYDROCYCLONE FILTERS are simple to use, operate, and handle because they have no moving parts.
Requires low maintenance.
There is no head loss during the separating procedure.
Provision of a specialized neck design with increased thickness around the neck region to protect against wear and tear caused by the continuous separation process.
To reduce the frequent removal of sludge, large sedimentation tanks can be used.
The use of polypropylene and fiberglass reinforcing extends the life of the product.
